REFUND POLICY – Full Membership Fee is due upon registration. Membership Fees are non refundable upon registration and/or payment in full or part. Nonattendance by a participant does not constitute a reason for non payment of Membership Fees due. Full details below in Terms and Conditions.


Terms and Conditions

We ask that you take your time to read carefully each detailed item below. Upon doing so and submitting the agreement form and/or paying the initial deposit (agreed in writing below) to Sigma, this contract agreement will become binding In Its entirety.

(i) Parties:
(a) The Sigma ETC Program (henceforth referred to as "Program") as part of Sigma Player Development a division of Sigma Sports Solutions (henceforth referred to as "Sigma") is the program provider/organizer in this agreement. Sigma is responsible for delivery of the Program to member Participants.

(b) The member Participants and their consenting Parent(s) (henceforth referred to as "Parent(s)" & "Participant(s)" are the counter-party in this agreement.Parent(s) will be provided their own family membership agreement and by submitting such membership agreement to Sigma either electronically and,or signing off on a paper based agreement they will acknowledge and accept such agreement and its terms, rights and responsibilities for the participation of their child Participant(s) in the said Program.

(ii) Membership Agreement Duration & Schedule:
(a) This Membership Agreement will have a duration beginning with Participant(s) registration and lasting to April 30 2020, or until the last scheduled Program date, whichever is sooner.

(b) Training sessions, and events will be conducted throughout the duration of the Program.

(c) Where Sigma sees fit it can alter the Program schedule (dates. times,duration. amount of training sessions. matches and events) by giving prior note to Parent(s) and/or Participant(s) as such.

(d) Sigma can invite member Participant(s) to take part in special events throughout duration of membership.

(e) Events beyond the control of Sigma such as unsuitable weather, or any other unforeseeable event may cause scheduled Program sessions and/or events to be altered or cancelled. Sigma will work diligently to attempt to make alternative arrangements including rescheduling.

(iii) Program Location
(a) The Program will utilize both indoor and outdoor training facilities within the GTA as required. Exact locations will be made available with distribution of schedules.

(b) Other facilities can and will be utilized where needed for regular, make-up and/or supplemental sessions. Parent(s) & Participant(s) will be given prior notice as such.

(iv) Participant(s) Clothing & Apparel
(a) Sigma will provide all member Participant(s) a training kit. Any and all clothing that Sigma provides Participant(s) will be expected to be worn to all scheduled training sessions and events. Participant(s) will ensure that they are equipped with the proper footwear to play on the specific field type where training will take place. Shinguards must also be worn. Sigma will advise accordingly with respect to specific items to wear.

(b) Lost clothing and apparel will need to be replaced and the cost of replacement will be the responsibility of the Parent(s) & Participant(s).

(v) Curriculum & Evaluation
(a) Sigma will be responsible for the make up and delivery of the Program.

(b) Sigma will evaluate Participant(s)internally on an on-going basis throughout program. At least once during the programs duration. Sigma will meet with the Parent(s) of Participant(s)to deliver an evaluation of Participant(s) progress to date. This can be in person or via phone or email. Exact dates of the meeting with Parent(s) will be provided in advance.

(vi)Payment of Membership Fee
(a) The total Membership Fee per participant is One Thousand and Eighty-Five Dollars ($1,085.00)

The Membership Fee is due in full at time of registration. Parent(s), if they so choose, can request an extended Payment Schedule from Sigma. Two (2) such extended payment schedule options exist as described below:


Payment Schedule 1:
Upon Registration - $125.00
October 1, 2019 - $435.00
January 2, 2020 - $525.00

Payment Schedule 2:
Upon Registration - $125.00
October 1, 2019 - $250.00
December 1, 2019 - $185.00
January 2, 2020 - $375.00
February 1, 2020 - $150.00


(b) Parent(s) are asked to indicate to Sigma the Payment Method of Membership Fee options chosen (ie E-Transfer, Credit Card). No matter the Payment Method chosen, Parent(s)(s) will also be asked to provide a credit card as security towards the total membership fees due. Parent(s) will fill out a paper based form provided by Sigma with their credit card information.

(c) Where Parent(s) choose the Cheque Payment Method option, all cheques including the initial payment (dated current) and the remaining due post dated cheques (as per dates in Payment Schedule) will be submitted in advance at registration. Cheques will be made payable to "Sigma Sports Solutions".

(d) Those Parent(s) wishing to pay by credit card will authorize Sigma to collect payment on the Payment Schedule due dates as stated above. Parent(s) will provide Sigma all the necessary credit card information required. A convenience fee may apply.

(e) The Payment (due date) Schedule chosen by Parent(s) is provided by Sigma as a means to assist Parent(s) with payment of the Membership Fee due over the duration of this Membership Agreement. The Payment (due date)Schedule does not reflect Membership Benefits accrued to Participant(s)& Parent(s) at a point in time. The Membership Fee as agreed to by way of this Membership Agreement by Parent(s) and Sigma is due in full and can be demanded paid in full at any point in time. By submitting this membership agreement electronically and/or signing and submitting a paper based agreement and/or paying any/or all of the Membership Fee as stated above, this agreement will become binding and all membership fees will be due in full.

(f) The absence from any session(s) and or related events by Participant(s) does not constitute reason for non-payment of Membership Fees, which will remain due in full. Participants who are continually absent will be asked to submit all outstanding Membership Fees due immediately,irrespective to previously agreed payment schedule chosen. With all outstanding membership fees paid to SIGMA in full the participant will be released from this Membership Agreement.

(g) Where any Membership Fee payments are made by cheque by Parent(s) and returned to Sigma as NSF, a charge of forty dollars ($40) will be levied towards the balance owing by Parent(s). Subsequent payment of Membership Fees by cheque may require certification. Sigma will advise accordingly.

(vii) Code of Conduct
(a) Participant(s) are required to arrive on time for the beginning of each and every scheduled day. This Includes enough time to be booted and ready for the scheduled start time. As a general guideline Participant(s) should arrive at the designated training facility fifteen (15) minutes prior to sessions commencement unless otherwise instructed so by Sigma staff.

(b) Where Participant(s) will be late/absent from a session,match or other scheduled event, Parent(s)(s) are asked to contact Sigma with ample prior notice by email. This ensures for proper organization of sessions by coaches while assisting with attendance procedures. Tardiness is considered disrespectful to the game and the coaching staff, and should not become a regular occurrence.

(c) Participant(s) will be required to adhere to the rules of fair play throughout at each session and for the duration of their membership. The utmost in respect must be demonstrated to all coaching staff and the supporting management staff. Furthermore, Participant(s)should provide their peers with the same level of respect, even under very competitive scenarios.

(d) Participant(s) are required to be focused and attentive at all times!Communication to Parent(s) is not permitted at any point during sessions, unless for an emergency situation.

(e) Participant(s) are not permitted to leave the facilities without permission or release and at which point should be under the supervision of a Parent(s).

(f) Participant(s) must remove all jewelry before the commencement of any session for personal and peer safety reasons. Players will also not be permitted to wear any headgear (bandanas, headbands) during training.

(g) Parent(s) are welcome to view the training sessions from the designated areas set out by the management staff and are not to enter the field(s), dressing room(s), instruction area(s), etc. restricted to Player(s) and coaching staff only. All these areas should be respected at all times. Communication for discussion or coaching instruction to Participant(s) by Parent(s) is not permitted at any lime during the training sessions. Parent(s) who wish to be a spectator are asked to sit quietly and observe without distraction or interference to Participant(s) and coaching staff.

(h) Parent(s) are asked to contact Sigma Management with any questions/concerns in regards to their membership or any other issues with respect to their Participant(s) child's current or future participation in Sigma programs and or events. Direct contact with coaching staff on such matters unless initiated by the coaching staff or organized by management staff is not permitted.

(i) The Code of Conduct is a means of assuring that all Participant(s) will have a fair and enjoyable learning experience. Failure to adhere to any of the above rules and guidelines or those specifically agreed to by Participant(s) and their coaches, by Parent(s) or Participant(s) may result in the expulsion from the program.

(viii) General Terms
(a) Sigma will not be held liable for the theft, loss or damage of any nature to Participant(s) and Parent(s).

(b) Sigma has the right to record any and all of the Participant(s) participation in this Program or any other related event for photos, motion pictures, TV, radio, recordings, videotapes and other media known or unknown, and to use same, no matter by whom taken, In any manner for publicity, promotion, advertising, trade or commercial purposes without any expectation or right of reimbursements or compensation of any kind.

(c) Sigma cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond its control, such as war, civil unrest, terrorist action, riot, industrial action, natural disaster, weather conditions or fire or destruction of any kind which render the Program in whole or in part undeliverable.

(d) Sigma reserves the right to make minor changes and adjustments to its Program as stated in this agreement (including schedule) which are beneficial to the overall quality of the Program.

(ix) Waiver
(a) Participation in events, both on and off-field, and whether organized by Sigma or not may lead to injuries or the triggering or aggravation of medical conditions (both known and unknown). participant(s) and/or Parent(s) acknowledge and freely accept this risk and voluntarily release and discharge Sigma from any actions, claims, suits, grievance and demands whatever nature in law. In equity or pursuant to any statute, relating to or arising from any injuries. damage or loss to personal property, however arising, at any Participant(s) and/or Parent(s) may suffer while participating in any event whether as part of this agreement or not.


Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By checking here, I acknowledge that I as a Parent(s) of the Participant stated in this Agreement, have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions as set forth in this Agreement with Sigma, and sign below to confirm this on behalf of myself, my spouse or other family members, and child.
I have read and understood this release prior to submitting it and am aware that, by accepting the terms and conditions and submitting the registration, I am waiving certain legal rights I, my children and our respective heirs and successors may have against Event Organizers.
